Because of the favor of the Father, serving the poor with hot meals is now taking place seven days a week resulting in more than 5,000 meals served.
More than 50 men and women with drug and alcohol issues have come through the ministries of City of Refuge in the last six months, made a decision to see life changed by the power of God, and are now in long-term recovery programs.
The Safe Haven in the basement of the City of Refuge is now open to men and women from the streets on Tuesday and Thursday. The men and women are provided with hot showers, clean clothes, a meal, and the chance to relax and rest.
