Vision The Warehouse Gym will be a place where healing can take place - healing of the mind, body, and soul. It will be a place of refuge, a safe and "happening" place where anyone can come to release stress, improve the qualify of life, and just fun place with God in the center! The Warehouse Gym will not be performance driven, but journey driven. We understand that just like spiritual growth, true and lasting physical health is a life long process. We don't get to a place and "arrive"; we are always traveling down the path to wellness.
Need for Volunteers
Front desk "staff" needed -- must be able to commit to at one half-day per week, and be able to commit to a minimum of three months.
Volunteers to clean and maintain equipment.
Trainers and nutritionists (must have professional training and experience).
Donation Opportunities The Gym is open with a small amount of new and used equipment, but needs donations of either equipment or funds to purchase it in order to fulfill the Vision. Needs and donations levels include:
$50 to $100: Free weights, barbells, dumbbells.
$250 to $500: Weight benches, racks, and punching bags.
$2,500 to $4,000: Cybex machines and cardio equipment.
