Mission We will offer safe, secure, drug free rental housing at the lowest possible cost in order to enable individuals and families to begin the process of rebuilding their lives.
Vision We will develop our housing program by both "master leasing" apartment complexes, and by purchasing or developing our own properties over time. This program may grow to include lease purchase programs for single family residences.
Leadership is central to the success of the program - both in administration of finances and on-site. Our apartment managers are spiritual teachers, mentors, and friends to those who occupy our rental units.
Volunteer Opportunities House Managers - These individuals live on-site. Rent and utilities are free, and a small weekly stipend is paid.
Maintenance and Repairs - We always need handymen, plumbers, electricians who are willing to be "on call" for repairs, as well as long term improvements to the properties.
Donation Opportunities Housing - City of Refuge is seeking low cost rental units, primarily in the Atlanta metro areas.
